All content, designs, code, and intellectual property developed by Axiom Studios remain the property of Axiom Studios until full payment for the services is received and a separate agreement transferring specific rights is executed. Upon full payment as per the agreed-upon contract, the intellectual property rights for the specific deliverable will be transferred to the client as per the terms outlined in said contract.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client engaging with Axiom Studios, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the development of your project.
• Ensure timely feedback and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the use of the developed applications.
• Make payments for services rendered as per the agreed-upon payment schedule in your contract.

5. Payment Terms

Specific payment terms, including pricing, billing cycles, and any late payment penalties, will be detailed in individual project contracts or service agreements. All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified.

6. Confidentiality

Axiom Studios commits to keeping all client information and project details confidential, as further detailed in any non-disclosure agreement (NDA) signed between the parties. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Axiom Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Axiom Studios makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services, including but not limited to their merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Axiom Studios does not warrant that a) the services will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the services will meet your requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
